Timmy’s Quilt
Bed Quilts
This quilt is in a private collection.
As a surprise gift for my cousin Timmy, I made this original theme quilt. My mum made the cowboy boot blocks from a pattern she found but I designed the rest of the quilt. The jack russell is the front of a t-shirt, it represent Roy, Tim’s dog who chases green balloons and keeps them up in the air for ages.The truck,trailer and house are reproductions of the real things. The anvil block and horse shoes are because Timmy is a farrier by trade. He rode bucking Bronco’s when he was younger. He lives on a Christmas tree farm and often bears visit him. I am very sad to say this quilt was lost in a fire.
