Oola Oyster
2009
The Cabin Branch Quilters annual challenge for 2009/2010 was to create a 24” square quilt based on a favorite children’s storybook.
I have always wanted to make a quilt about Oola Oyster which was a book my parents bought at The Baltimore Aquarium when my oldest daughter was about 2. It has been a favorite of all of my girls. My oldest daughter has worked as an aquarist now since June 1st 2006.
