Children’s Artwork Recreated
The original piece of art was drawn using markers. After the picture was done being traced onto the white fabric I added a very simple border. Finishing the edge using an escape hatch method made this a quick and simple project. Ric rac was added to mimic an accent border, and the piece was finished with minimal machine quilting, including edge stitching to resemble binding and to keep the edges from turning.
