Half Square Triangle Magic

As you can see in the picture above I used sixty-four different fabrics to make my bright quilt. In each color I chose four pieces with different patterns for more interest. Some of the lay outs need four half square triangles in the same color range to be most effective. Using 64 different colors produces enough blocks to make 2 quilts like the bright one. The darker quilt was made with 32 nickel squares, 2 half square triangles of each print.
