Art Quilt Techniques
February 2006
I took a class at the 2006 MAQF with Linda Schmidt called Art Quilt Techniques. This class covered all sorts of materials and techniques. We used puff paint, fiber etching, Tyvek, melted painted cellophane, Angelina and Tintzl Fibers, burned edges and more. It was really nice to be able to work with the instructor’s supplies instead of having to buy all of these materials, it gave you a chance to experiment and decide what you wanted to invest in.
